1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of JavinHotels.com and reservations made with Javin Hotels. By using the site or booking with us, you agree to them.

2. Reservations & payment

Reservations are confirmed by the hotel directly (via WhatsApp, phone, or email) and may require a deposit or full payment to hold. Displayed rates are per room per night in Nigerian Naira and may change until a booking is confirmed. Promotional rates apply only while advertised.

3. Check-in, check-out & cancellation

Check-in: our front desk is open 24 hours a day, so you can check in at any time that suits you, subject to your room being ready. Check-out: by 12:00 noon. Late check-out may be available on request, depending on availability.

Cancellation & refunds: reservations at Javin Hotels are non-refundable. Payments and deposits are not refunded in the event of a cancellation, early departure, or no-show. We recommend confirming your dates before booking; where possible, we will do our best to help you move a booking to another date.

4. Guest conduct

All rooms are non-smoking. Guests are responsible for damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The hotel may refuse or end service where conduct endangers staff, other guests, or property.

5. Liability

The hotel is not liable for loss of valuables not deposited with the front desk, or for events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian law.

6. Website content

Site content (text, photography, branding) belongs to Javin Hotels and may not be reused without permission. Room imagery is representative; minor variations may exist between individual rooms.
